Leasing Sales Representative
This seasonal, commission-based position is an excellent opportunity for those interested in pursuing a career in sales. The position will be part of our 2022-2023 team and will work alongside our office staff to lease apartments and houses. Qualified applicants must be able to establish strong customer relationships both in person and through digital communication, particularly email and text message. Applicants must have strong computer skills and a background in Microsoft Office. Highly organized, responsive, and motivated individuals will succeed in this role and must provide references with application. A valid driver’s license is required.
Hours: 15+ Hours Monday-Friday with Rotating Saturday Hours (4-6 Hours/Saturday)
Pay: Base Hourly Wage of $13.00/Hour + Commission, historic commission rates of approximately $3000.00-$5000.00 in addition to hourly income per academic year. (Please note commission pay will vary and be based on performance/ sales in this role and no specific amount is guaranteed.)
