Blackhawk Manor is a comfortable building with modern accommodations. The building is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a patio and grill available for summer barbeques and enjoying good weather. A recreation room with billiards and exercise equipment is available for resident use. In addition, residents are provided with a community room available for events and parties which accommodates 75 people featuring two full kitchens.
Full-time maintenance staff is available, including for after-hours emergencies. This staff includes electricians, plumbers, and internet technicians to assist with the provided services. Our internet service is provided directly to each unit and at the speed necessary to enjoy your favorite online activities. Our management staff are on-site to make your stay great and meet any needs you may have. All lawncare and snow removal is provided, meaning no more dealing with those nasty Wisconsin winters.
