Tenant of the Month: What have you done this month?
Our Tenant of the Month program is designed to promote and encourage a continued level of both campus and community involvement among our tenants. Through this program, we are able to identify and recognize those tenants/students who work hard each and every day in their fields of study, athletics, extra-curricular activities, or simply rising above and beyond the expectations.
From national championship swimmers to scholarship award winners, our tenants are continually impressing us. It is our goal as landlords in the Whitewater community to be able to support and aid in these outstanding behaviors.
